In order to be able to complete and return the online form you will need to save a copy onto your computer by taking the following steps:
- click 'Save As' on the drop down menu under 'File' on your computer
- name the file (eg., name or date of show)
- Complete the form and email to: louise.barnes@nottscc.gov.uk
Don't forget to send us your completed Show Return as soon as possible after the show.
