The Harald Haugaard Quartet In Concert
Internationally acclaimed fiddler Harald Haugaard is one of the most sensational musicians on the Danish music scene. With his characteristic style of playing - light and elegant but also dramatic - he offers contemporary Danish folk music deeply rooted in tradition.
He is joined by guitarist Rasmus Zeeberg and percussionist Sune Rahbek in a vibrant combination, performing a delicate blend of old traditional Danish dance tunes and Haugaard's beautiful compositions. The ensemble also features Helene Blum, whose haunting and beautiful vocals superbly complement the virtuoso and hugely enjoyable sounds of these remarkable musicians.
