How much does it cost?
Lincolnshire Rural & Community Touring is funded by the regional Arts Council, Lincolnshire County Council and Lincolnshire's District and Borough Councils.
This funding enables Lincolnshire Rural & Community Touring to offer high quality, professional performances at a very subsidised rate. Subsidies range from £100 to £650 and the cost of a performance to the local promoter ranges from £100 to £350. Promoters are also required to return 50% of the profit on box office sales which goes towards the ongoing development of the scheme. However, this amount does not include any funds that you make from raffles, or providing refreshments or a bar etc.
We can help you work out how many tickets you need to sell for your event and at what price, but we do set a recommended minimum price.
Adults £8, concessions* £5, family £12 (4 people - a maximum of 2 adults)
However, this is only a guide, as you will need to cover your costs.
* Usually offered to children, students, senior citizens, people in receipt of benefits and registered disabled people.
